In our climatic health resort Oberhundem and Kneipp health resort Saalhausen, you can take a deep breath, recharge your body and mind with new energy and vitality and "slow down" a little.

A spa fee is charged in the health resorts. Discounts are granted on the spa card at various attractions.
The tourist information offices in Lennestadt & Kirchhundem, Oberhundem and Saalhausen will be happy to provide further information on the climatic health resorts.

Kneipp-Kurort Saalhausen
The state-approved Kneipp spa resort of Saalhausen and its neighbouring villages is located in one of the most beautiful and densely wooded areas of North Rhine-Westphalia in the beautiful Sauerland region.

Half-timbered houses and mature trees give the village, which has a population of around 1,800, its typical character. Young and old can enjoy themselves in the newly designed "TalVITAL-Kurpark".
Leisure activities range from sports such as hiking and cycling to peaceful fishing. The natural adventure pool is a great place to cool off on hot days.
